Officials have given the "all clear" for people to return to the Lee G. Alworthcounty annex building and another annex building on the same block.
Earlier in the morning, officials evacuated the Lee G. Alworth county annex building and another county annex building on the same block in downtown Conroe after sources say someone reported a bomb threat.
According to Scott Spencer, with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, around 8:30 a.m., someone called 911, saying they knew of someone in a district court who reportedly had a pipe bomb.
