This is one of those moments that reminds you how important it is to try and hard as you can to hit your goals.
At the end of the Boston Marathon, a moment was captured 50 feet from the finish line when Earl Granville picked up his guide, Andi Piscopo, and carried her across the line.
Although, Piscopo was feeling just fine and didn't need help to cross the finish line, she told WCVB, “To see him accomplish his goals, it makes me want to do more…He inspires me to be a better person."
Granville is a nine-year veteran under the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, and lost part of his leg in the summer of 2008 when his vehicle was hit by a roadside bomb in Afghanistan.
