It's "Radio Ga Ga" by Queen. Well, it's not JUST "Radio Ga Ga". Queen's "We Will Rock You" and "Single Ladies" by Beyoncé also fit the bill.
A music psychology professor from the UK created a formula for the best children's song, and it's basically this:
It should be 60 to 120 beats per minute, with a, quote, "marching or swaying rhythm" and repetitive, rhyming lyrics. It should also be in a major key.
