We covered the Kardashians' Halloween costumes in this morning's Lookin' At Girlzzz, but it looks like Kim Kardashian actually showed up in hers to a birthday dinner over the weekend that turned out not to be a costume party.
According to People, Kim K attended a birthday dinner for Black-ish star Tracee Ellis Ross, under the impression that it was a costume party. It was not. There are hilarious photos out there of Kardashian in full costume as mutant shape-shifter Mystique from the X-Men movies, posing with Ellis Ross in a fancy red gown.
Not sure what other stops she hit up, but the SKIMS founders and social media star teamed up with her friends Olivia Pierson and Natalie Halcro to go as a trio of Marvel mutants...Kardashian as Mystique (played in the X-Men movies by both Rebecca Romjin and Jennifer Lawrence), Pierson as Magick (played in New Mutants by Anya Taylor-Joy) and Halcro as Selene (a lesser-known character portrayed by Kota Eberhardt in X-Men: Dark Phoenix). Kardashian really went for the movie look, while the other two leaned into their characters' comic book looks.
