First Track From Corey Taylor Solo Album Out Wednesday
Slipknot’s Corey Taylor is ready to give fans a listen to his debut solo album. The rocker has confirmed he’ll be releasing the first track Wednesday.
In a recent interview, Taylor called the album “probably one of the best things I’ve ever written.” He says there’s a little bit of Johnny Cash influence, along with some Alice In Chains and Slade.
If you’re dying to hear what that sounds like, mark your calendar for Wednesday. That’s when Taylor says he’s unleashing his new single “Are You Ready?”

Metallica & My Chemical Romance Headlining Aftershock Festival
Aftershock Festival is happening in 2021, and now we know the headliners. Metallica and My Chemical Romance are set to hit the big stage of the festival, which has been postponed until October of 2021.
The 2020 festival was originally set for this October, but due to coronavirus its been pushed until October 7th-10th, 2021. Metallica is still planning on performing two unique sets on Friday and Sunday night, and the rest of the lineup will be announced at a later date.
“We're counting the days until we can see you in October 2021,” Metallica says in a statement. “And look forward to joining our brothers in My Chemical Romance and all the other great artists (to be announced) for an incredible weekend of music, good vibes, and plenty of aftershocks!"

Billie Eilish To Drop New Song Thursday
Billie Eilish fans won’t have to wait much longer for new music. The singer announced on Instagram that she will be dropping the new tune, “My Future” on Thursday. She announced the news alongside a picture of her dressed in a grey sweat suit and black mask.
The tune is the first new song from Billie since she dropped the James Bond theme “No Time To Die” back in February.

Peter Green, an original member of Fleetwood Mac, died on Saturday. He was 73.
Peter was a guitarist, but he left the band in 1970 . . . after he got really into psychedelic drugs and started struggling with mental issues. He was eventually diagnosed with schizophrenia and spent time in psychiatric hospitals.
