You read that right. It's Avocado Milk, a non-dairy, vegan milk alternative made primarily of avocados and oats. According to People, the product is about to hit U.S. store shelves.
The brand name is avocadomilk and it was previously only available in New Zealand and Australia. The product coming to our shores has been tweaked to make to make it fully vegan.
The company's website describes avocadomilk as follows:
It is a dairy free, preservative free, artificial colours and flavors free, cholesterol free, lactose free, vegetarian milk, that contains a minimum of 20% of the goodness of an avocado in every bottle.
Use avocadomilk anywhere you would use Soy Milk, Almond Milk, Oat Milk, Nut Milk or any alternative vegan milk.
