Music: Soundgarden Top 5 in Fan Vote for Hall Of Fame

Soundgarden Top 5 in Fan Vote for Hall Of Fame

PAT BENATAR is leading the fan vote for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Who will be part of the 2020 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction class? That remains to be seen, but the fan vote is underway, with the five top vote getters being included on a "fan ballot" that is tallied with all of the other Rock Hall voter submissions. The voting stats are now public, with Soundgarden and Judas Priest both making the Top 5.

At press time, Pat Benatar was leading the way with over 154,000 votes. She was followed by the Doobie Brothers at 139,000 votes and Soundgarden close behind at 131,000. From there, it drops down to Depeche Mode with 117,000 votes and Judas Priest currently snagging the last spot at 113,000 votes.

Eddie Vedder Joins The Who In Seattle

It’s no secret that Eddie Vedder is a huge fan of The Who, so it’s probably not much of a surprise to hear that the Pearl Jam frontman showed up and the band’s concert at Seattle’s T-Mobile Park this weekend.

Roger Daltrey introduced Eddie as “someone who is very dear to us and who supported us over many years in so many events that we have done and charities,” adding he’s “always there for us, anytime we ask.”

Eddie then came out to join the band on the "Quadrophenia" tune “The Punk and the Godfather.” Check it out to the right.

Lady Gaga Fell Off a Stage in Vegas But Says She's Okay

LADY GAGA took a crazy spill during a show in Vegas Thursday night, after she invited a male fan up onstage and jumped into his arms.

The guy stepped on the edge of stage. His leg buckled, and they both fell off the stage and into the crowd.

It looked scary, since neither were in position to brace themselves . . . but fortunately, no one was hurt.

Right after the fall, Gaga said, quote, "The only thing that's not okay is we need some stairs for the stage so I can get back up." The guy was reportedly IN TEARS, so Gaga invited him back onstage for "Million Reasons"

(Careful) She said, quote, "Could you forgive yourself right now for what just happened? . . . We [effing] love each other so much we fell off thedamnstage."

Gaga took a post-show ice bath, and apparently she had her WHOLE BODY X-rayed. She Tweeted a photo of herself giving the 'A-OK' sign with her hand, and said, quote, "When they have to X-ray almost your entire body . . . gonna be OK."

(Here's UNCENSORED video of the fall. And here's an UNCENSORED report, which has another angle.)
