Oliver Tree's final wish, to have a foundation established in his memory, is coming true.

The late rocker's team shared an update on his Instagram account, one week after Tree tragically died in a helicopter accident in Brazil on June 14.

"Your legacy will live on forever," the caption alongside a childhood photo of the musician read on Sunday (June 21). "His legacy will live on through his foundation/endowment named 'Dr. Oliver Tree's Extremely Epic Grant For Baby Geniuses' coming soon. This is something that Oliver had put together before his passing, written in his will. We will make sure his wishes come to fruition so that more joy, love and art can be spread into the world. That was his final wish."

An investigation is currently ongoing to determine the cause of the accident.

Back in April, the "Life Goes On" singer opened up about his plans after death during an appearance on the Zach Sang Show.

"When I die, I've set it up, my will is set up that when I pass, my family, no one's going to get a penny," Tree revealed at the time. "If I have a wife or kids or anything, they're not getting a f--- penny. I'll get my kids through college, that's the agreement. But there's not going to be a silver spoon. The idea is, when I die, all the money is going to go back to artists."
