You're probably not getting upgraded to first class on your next flight. But your LUGGAGE might.
Someone flying from SoCal to Sacramento snapped a photo after a woman's SUITCASE was given a first-class seat.
It was too big to fit in the overhead bin, and there was a first-class seat open. So the flight crew buckled it in.
The reaction online is a heavy mix of LOLs and outrage. It left people wondering why they didn't upgrade a HUMAN to first class, and put the bag in coach.
Some people suggested that buckling a bag in like that might not even be legal. No official word yet on what the FAA regulations are.
