Criminals: A Middle Schooler Assaulted Another Kid . . . with Stanley Cup?

A Middle Schooler Assaulted Another Kid . . . with a Stanley Cup?

There was a time a few months back when people thought so highly of Stanley mugs that some people were wondering whether it would make them less valuable to take them out of the packaging. Now, they're weapons.

A 13-year-old middle school student in Pennsylvania has been accused of launching an unprovoked attack against a classmate last week . . . violently hitting a 12-year-old girl in the head "with a large Stanley cup," several times.

It was so vicious that the girl was "visibly bleeding." She was taken to the hospital, and thankfully she's expected to be okay.

The attacker, who was also a girl, will face charges.

Naturally, parents are concerned. They want to know if the attacker will be returning to school . . . how the school will protect students . . . and if it could have been prevented. One parent says she warned school counselors that HER daughter was threatened by the SAME girl earlier last week.
