It's been a tough year for Ashton Kutcher, but you can argue that it's all been self-inflicted.
First, he and his wife, Mila Kunis, got nailed to the wall for writing letters of support for convicted rapist Danny Masterson.
Now he's getting dragged down by his association with Diddy, who's facing charges of rape and sex trafficking.
Ashton and Diddy have been friends for DECADES ever since Ashton hosted "Punk'd" on MTV. So that already doesn't look good.
But a video just resurfaced that definitely makes things worse.
Back in 2019, Ashton was on the YouTube show "Hot Ones," and the host asked him if he had any stories from the many Diddy parties he's attended.
He replied, quote, "I've got a lot I can't tell." Then he paused to think further, and said, "I can't tell that one either."
And he never did tell a party story . . . he just diverted into talking about their friendship.
A "source" says that Ashton or Mila are staying as far away from this chaos as possible, after the beating they took over the Danny situation.
That beating caused Ashton to step down as chairman of the board of a foundation he and his then-wife Demi Moore set up to fight the exploitation of children.
