Americans Can Sit Through Meetings for 26 Minutes Without Zoning Out

Many people don't know how to value a job. Here's a benchmark for you: Value your job MORE if your day is NOT just an endless string of useless meetings. Also, free coffee is a plus.

 

 

Researchers talked to workers about VIRTUAL meetings, and found that the average American is able to handle a meeting for 26 MINUTES without falling asleep. But then it can go downhill fast . . . and by minute 27, we're zoning out.

 

 

That seems dramatic, but we've all sat down for a Zoom . . . felt alert and motivated . . . only for our energy and concentration to slowly DRAIN out of our increasingly lifeless bodies. 

 

 

32% of people who do virtual meetings say they experience "screen fatigue" . . . and 40% say their "eye health" is deteriorating.
