The project in question is an animated series for Prime Video called "The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy."
Kieran voices a regular character, but his brothers are only guest-starring on a single episode as . . . his brothers. They're some kind of species of alien bird people.
The show is about, quote, "intergalactically renowned surgeons who tackle anxiety-eating parasites, illegal time loops, and deep-space STIs." It hits Prime on Friday.
