Garbage Confirms Vinyl Reissue Of "Bleed Like Me”

American rock vets Garbage have announced a a remastered version of their fourth album “Bleed Like Me.” The new edition of the 2005 release will be available on multiple formats including on 2-LP red vinyl (for the first time), two-disc CD and contain B-sides, remixes, alternate versions and “rare tracks.” “Bleed Like Me” drops on April 5th, with a pre-sale available now. And check out Garbage’s social media announcement over on the right.

Tracy Chapman's "Fast Car" Went Up 241% in Streams After Her Grammy Performance 

 

 

If you haven't seen Tracy Chapman perform her 1988 hit "Fast Car" with Luke Combs at the Grammys on Sunday, where have you been?

Well, thanks to that performance, Tracy's streams went up 241% the very next day. She had 949,000 streams, compared to 278,000 the week prior. 

 

 

Her digital song sales also went up 38,400%, from a negligible amount to 14,000.

 

 

Luke's cover also got some love. It rose 37% in streams to hit 1.6 million and went up 3,900% in sales to a little over 6,000.

Mojo Nixon, the rockabilly artist who had a cult hit in 1987 called "Elvis Is Everywhere," died on the Outlaw Country Cruise. He was 66 and suffered a cardiac event on Wednesday.  

 

His family's statement to Rolling Stone included, "Mojo has left the building. Since Elvis is everywhere, we know he was waiting for him in the alley out back."
