Kane Brown, Greta Van Fleet to Headline Flavortown Festival.

Guy Fieri's inaugural edition of "Flavortown Fest" has named its headlining performers. Country superstar Kane Brown and Michigan rockers Greta Van Fleet will be co-headliners for the first-time event, with Poison frontman Bret Michaels and country stars Niko Moon and LOCASH joining the fun. According to the festival website, more acts will be announced as the festival draws closer.

The inaugural version of the festival is set to take place in Columbus, Ohio, on June 1 and 2. "Variety" contacted Fieri to ask how the celebrity chef chose the musical acts for his first-ever festival.

Fieri responded, "The number one rule for the Flavortown playlist is that there are no rules. So, when it came to rounding up the acts for the inaugural Flavortown Fest, it was all about who knows how to throw a good party on stage and get people movin’. From Kane Brown’s country vibe to the hard-rockin’ Greta Van Fleet, we’ve got it all covered…a little something for everyone." Fans can buy tickets for the festival at http://www.flavortownfest.com

If your black metal band is jamming onstage, and the fans are tossing around a REAL PIG'S HEAD, I think that's MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.

But a band called Martyrdom didn't feel that way when their fans did it during a gig at a club in Houston, Texas. The band actually issued a FORMAL APOLOGY.

They said quote, "We are incredibly sorry to anyone we offended with our actions and gimmicks on stage . . . Unfortunately our acts has gotten carried away and way out of hand, offending many and even harming some.

"We want to apologize to any vegans, Muslims, or other minority groups we may have offended, and to anyone who was harmed by our act."
