So you donāt need a list; you just buy what looks good at the store, and the 6 1 method simplifies shopping, reduces food waste, and saves money. Plus, it can make your grocery-getting experience more fun, too. Since youāre limiting what goes in the cart, youāre less likely to overbuy and youāre more likely to use the fruits and veggies you get since thatās the bulk of what youāre buying.
