With all the snow across the U.S., here's a relevant question: Do you tip delivery drivers more when the weather sucks?

Some guy posted a video of a Domino's driver CURSING HIM OUT because he only tipped 20% during a snowstorm.
In the video, the driver claims it was a $2 tip. But the customer says it was really over $5, and the order was under $30.

As the driver left, it sounded like he said, "I could KILL you," so the guy called Domino's and told them about it.
The employee who answered said the driver already had a few write-ups and would probably get fired.
