"Step Brothers" co-stars Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly reunited onstage and sang "Boats 'N Hoes" . . . with SNOOP DOGG!!!
Then they joined HIM for "Gin & Juice" . . . and brought out a birthday cake for him because he'd just turned 52 on Friday.
Snoop lit a joint on one of the candles.
