Paul McCartney Says It Was Disruptive Having Yoko Ono in the Recording Studio
Paul McCartney confirmed what many of us have been thinking: Yoko Ono's presence at The Beatles' recording sessions was disruptive.
He said when John Lennon got together with Yoko, the band just had to deal with her being there all the time. Quote, "The idea was that if John wanted this to happen, then it should happen. And there was no reason why not . . .
"Anything that disturbs us is disturbing. It was an interference in the workplace . . . So, not being very confrontational, we just bottled it up and just got on with it."
This was towards the end of their career when they were working on "Let It Be."
