Stevie Nicks Sees No Reason for Fleetwood Mac to Continue Without Christine McVie
Stevie Nicks sees no reason for Fleetwood Mac to carry on after the loss of Christine McVie.
She says, quote, "Without her, what is it? She was like my soul mate, my musical soul mate, and my best friend that I spent more time with than any of my other best friends outside of Fleetwood Mac. Christine was my best friend . . .
"Who am I going to look over to on the right and have them not be there behind that Hammond organ? When she died, I figured we really can't go any further with this."
If Fleetwood Mac did choose to still make music, it wouldn't be the first time without Christine. She left the band in 1998 and didn't return until 2014.
Stevie says during that time, they removed many of her songs from their setlists because they couldn't recreate them.
Stevie also announced that she's getting her own official Barbie, with an outfit inspired by the 1977 "Rumours" cover.
Stevie says, quote, "Thank you Mattel for working with me to make [my] Barbie so pretty and so soulful and so real . . . She means the world to me!"

Noel Gallagher Shares Oasis' Belief They Were The Best Band Around:
Noel Gallagher may not have a high opinion of current rock bands… and it seems like he also didn't have one of the bands in Oasis’ heyday either. Calling bands like Blue, Pulp, and Suede “idiots,” Gallagher admitted he and his bandmates were ultra-competitive. And they thought they were simply superior, with the rocker adding, “However loud they were, we were louder. However good they were, we would trump it.” And while he stops short of bashing many of his peers, the High Flying Birds frontman said, “They were all great bands, but (Oasis was) better. It’s as si.
