Rock N' Roll Hall Of Fame Ceremony To Stream Live on DISNEY+

In a first for the Rock N' Roll Hall Of Fame, this year's induction ceremony will be streamed live as it happens - a departure from years past when fans had to wait several weeks to see an edited version of the event.

Disney+ and ABC made the announcement yesterday. Inductees this year include Willie NelsonSheryl CrowMissy ElliottChaka KhanKate BushGeorge MichaelRage Against the Machine, and The Spinners in the performers category. Additionally, DJ Kool HercLink WrayAl KooperBernie Taupin and Don Cornelius will be enshrined.

Elton JohnBrandi CarlileDave MatthewsChris StapletonH.E.R.St. Vincent, and New Edition will be among the artists saluting this year's honorees with tribute numbers or collaborations. Among the inductees themselves, Willie Nelson, Sheryl Crow, Missy Elliott, and Chaka Khan have been locked in as performers. The Disney+ livestream will go out coast-to-coast from Brooklyn's Barclays Center on November 3 at 8 p.m.. ET/5 PT and be available for streaming on-demand following the ceremony.

Evanescence To Reissue "Fallen" For 20th Anniversary:

It’s been 20 years since the Amy Lee-led band Evanescence burst onto the scene and announced their presence in the rock world. Decades and multiple Grammy Awards later, the group celebrates its first era with several reissues. “Fallen (20th Anniversary Edition)” features remastered versions of some of their biggest hits, including “My Immortal” and, of course, “Bring Me To Life.” Bonus material, new artwork, and a handwritten forward by frontwoman Lee round out the collection. “Fallen (20th Anniversary Edition)” will drop fully on November 17th.

Mick Jagger Says The Rolling Stones Catalog Should Go to Charity, Not His Kids  

 

 

Mick Jagger says The Rolling Stones don't have any intentions to sell their post-1971 music catalog.  But if they did, the profits certainly wouldn't go to his eight kids.

 

 

He says, quote, "The children don't need $500 million to live well.  Come on."

 

 

Instead, he'd like the money to go to charity to, quote, "do some good in the world."
