Green Day Confirms Birthday Reissue Of "Dookie," Shares Details: We recently shared a story that looked a lot like Green Day was teasing something special for the 30th birthday of their iconic album "Dookie,"... and we were right. The 1994 GRAMMY-winning album is about to get an epic reissue that includes demos, outtakes, and live recordings. The set will also include collectors' items (like a roll of "Dookie" dog poop bags and air fresheners) and can be purchased as in various formats such as vinyl, CD, and digitally. A special brown vinyl edition will be available on Green Day's website and in "indie record shops." "Dookie (30th Anniversary Deluxe Edition)" will drop September 29th and is available for pre-order now.

System Of The Down Singer Calls Out Imagine Dragons.
System Of A Down has never been a band that has kept their opinions to themselves, especially when it comes to global politics. And now singer Serj Tankian has called out of their fellow successful rock groups for their choice of performance venue.
Tankian spilled the beans on a letter he sent Imagine Dragons ahead of their scheduled September 2nd show in Azerbaijan, a country Tankian and company have taken aim at for their aggression towards Armenia. As far as their breakup in 1991, he says, quote, "I think it wasn't handled well. It was kind of ugly." But he says he has a "cordial" relationship with his former bandmates now.
They're reuniting next month to do a Q&A to celebrate the 40th anniversary of their concert film "Stop Making Sense" . . . but they're supposedly NOT performing.
