If you see two people pretending to slap each other and then take off running at top speed for no apparent reason, this may be the way. There's a TikTok trend done to Florence and the Machine's "Dog Days Are Over."
The two people face each other as the song's drum break kicks in. They slap each other's hands . . . then pretend to slap the other's face . . . then do a couple of toe touches or belly bumps . . . and then it's off to the races.
As always, there are variations. Especially with the hot weather. Some people are doing the trend and then running into the ocean or some body of water.
