DC has announced its new Superman, and it's . . . nobody you've ever heard of.
His name is David Corenswet, and he played the projectionist in the horror movie "Pearl." He also appeared on shows like "House of Cards" and "Elementary."
And now, he's lead in the upcoming "Superman: Legacy," which is being written and directed by DC bigwig James Gunn himself.
Lois Lane has also been cast, and she's a much more recognizable name: Rachel Brosnahan, star of "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel."
