Imagine Dragons Performs At Netflix WGA Picket Line
One rock band has taken sides during the ongoing film and TV writers’ strike. Imagine Dragons rolled up to Netflix’s Hollywood location on Sunset Blvd on Tuesday to show support for… the writers.
Dragons become the latest celebrities to back screenwriters in their push for fair pay against industry leaders. Pete Davidson, Jason Sudeikis, Cynthia Nixon, and Bowen Yang are among those who have shown up to the picket lines with goodies like pizza and donuts.
But none of them did it quite like Imagine Dragons, who rocked out with the picketers. Dan Reynolds (piano) and Daniel Wayne Sermon (guitar) jammed out with “Radioactive” and “Whatever It Takes” as the writers continued their protest.

Judge Axes A Big Portion Of Marilyn Manson's Defamation Suit Against Evan Rachel Wood
The nasty legal fight between Evan Rachel Wood and Marilyn Manson- the ex she accused of sexual abuse- continues in California. But recently, a judge slowed Manson’s defamation countersuit against Wood.
A number of key elements in Manson’s suit were dismissed by Judge Teresa A. Beaudet, citing Wood’s right to free speech and a number of claims the rocker made- including that the actress filed a false FBI report- due to lack of evidence. “We are very pleased with the Court’s ruling, which affirms and protects Evan’s exercise of her fundamental First Amendment rights,” said Wood’s legal reps.
And though the door has not been completely shut on Manson’s quest for damages, a large portion of his case has been axed. “The ruling is disappointing but not unexpected,” said Manson attorney Howard King. “The Court telegraphed this outcome when it refused to consider (evidence) which detailed how women were systematically pressured by Evan Rachel Wood and Illma Gore to make false claims about Brian Warner." King promised Manson would file “an immediate appeal.”
