Metallica Sets Up A Residency On "Jimmy Kimmel Live" This Week
Metallica certainly knows how to hype new music. We’ve recently kept you up-to-date on all the activity before the release of the iconic band’s approaching album, “72 Seasons.”
But the Lars Ulrich-starring band has announced an even bigger PR move: “taking over late night.” The “Enter Sandman” legends have announced a four-night residency on “Jimmy Kimell Live!” this week. Promising “four live performances, one night of chatting on the couch, and whatever other fun Jimmy has in store for us,” Metallica will appear from tonight through Thursday.
“72 Seasons” will drop this Friday (April 14th). The album is currently available for a preorder, and tickets for Metallica’s upcoming tour are available here.

Greta Van Fleet Announce New Album, Release First Track
Greta Van Fleet has been busy teasing a lead-up to new music. Well, now Michigan-based rockers have made good on that teasing by announcing their third album, “Starcatcher”- a follow-up to 2021’s “The Battle At Garden’s Gate.”
The group has also released a track from the upcoming album called “Meeting The Master.” “Sung in the voice of a devout believer, and eventual group exclamation,” writes the band in a statement. “The song details the love these fervent followers have for their teacher and their firm belief in his vision. It’s an exotic spiritual journey. A dark comedy that inevitably ends in chaos.”
No release date has yet been announced for “Starcatcher,” but you can see the tracklist below. Check out “Meeting The Master” below.
