Jonathan Majors from "Creed 3" and "Ant-Man 3" Was Arrested for Domestic Violence.
Currently, Jonathan Majors is in theaters as the villain in "Creed 3" and "Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania". And now, he's the villain IN REAL LIFE. Allegedly.
Majors was arrested by the NYPD Saturday after being accused of assaulting a woman during a domestic dispute.
Majors' attorney says he's not only innocent, but he's, quote, "provably the VICTIM of an altercation with a woman he knows."
She claims they have video footage to prove it, along with testimony from the woman RECANTING her allegations . . . and she's confident that the charges will be dropped.
In the meantime, the Army has paused a "Be All You Can Be" ad campaign featuring Majors. It'll be interesting to see what happens with Marvel, since his character, Kang the Conqueror, is set to be the bad guy in the next two "Avengers" movies.

A Man Bought a $68,000 Maserati . . . Then the Police Took It Because It Was Stolen
A man in North Carolina named Jason Scott purchased a Maserati for more than $68,000 last November as a birthday present for his wife. But this Maserati isn't doing 185 . . . it's in a police garage.
Jason bought the car from Carvana, and everything was fine until last month when he took the car to a dealership to be serviced.
That's when the technicians discovered: The car's parts didn't match the year of the VIN numbers on the window and door. Then they found a different VIN on the chassis. Carvana said it was a 2021 model, but it was 2017.
It turns out the Maserati was reported STOLEN last summer. Police questioned Jason, but he was cleared after showing the paperwork from his purchase. But they still needed to impound the car.
Jason called Carvana, and at first, they were being difficult with him . . . but eventually, they agreed to refund all his money, and they offered him $1,000 for the hassle. But he's demanding $1 MILLION for putting him through this chaos and hurting his reputation.

A Driver Handed the Police a "Get Out of Jail Free Card" from "Monopoly"
Police officers have probably heard every excuse in the book when they pull people over . . . and they've probably seen some Oscar-worthy performances. But THIS is a new one.
Cops in Minnesota pulled someone over on Friday night, and the driver handed them their driver's license and . . . a "Get Out of Jail Free" card.
And that's not a euphemism, and it was an actual orange "Get Out of Jail Free" Chance card from "Monopoly". It looked worn . . . so the person probably had it in their wallet for a while, just waiting to do this.
It's unclear what the person got pulled over for . . . but it doesn't sound like it worked. The police shared a photo of it on Facebook and said, "Unfortunately, the state of Minnesota does not recognize this as a valid document. Points for the effort and humor, though!"
It's possible that the driver just got a ticket and was allowed to proceed . . . passing Go, collecting $200 . . . and NOT landing on the Yellow properties. No one ever lands on the Yellows.

A Guy Made Nachos by Lighting a Bag of Chips on Fire
I'm no Rachael Ray, but I'm a better cook than this, at least: Some guy burned down a building in downtown Austin last week . . . while trying to make nachos by LIGHTING A BAG OF CHIPS ON FIRE.
His name is John Daniel Banks, and he's 32. He'd been staying in the building without permission, so he was squatting. He apparently had a bed, but not a stove.
He lit the bag of chips on fire to cook the nachos, and then the flames spread to his bed. He claims he tried to put the fire out but eventually left. And when he came back, the second floor was engulfed.
Firefighters managed to put it out, but not before it spread to the roof of a building next door that just went through a multimillion-dollar renovation last year.
Everything inside that building was ruined by smoke and water damage. But luckily, no one was hurt, and they do have insurance. Firefighters estimated the damages at around a million bucks.
John's facing arson charges and up to 10 years in prison.
