Bush's Goodridge Sues Gavin Rossdale
Bush co-founder Robin Goodridge is taking his former bandmate to court. Goodridge founded Bush in 1992 alongside frontman Gavin Rossdale, bassist Dave Parsons and guitarist Nigel Pulsford. The lawsuit centers around Goodridge’s alleged firing before the band’s 25th anniversary “ALT-imate” tour.
The drummer claims Rossdale reunited the band in 2019 for the celebration tour, only to fire Goodridge and withhold his promised 25% cut of the band’s profits. He further contends that Rossdale has repeatedly violated all the co-founders’ rights to the Bush trademark name and demands payment plus refusal of further use of the trademark for the lead singer.

Godsmack is hitting the road for a tour in the U.S. this spring.
The trek, which begins May 4th in Denver, Colorado, supports their upcoming album "Lighting Up the Sky." The band will hit cities that include Atlanta, Georgia; Phoenix, Arizona and more before wrapping up in Uncasville, Connecticut, on May 28th. "Lighting Up the Sky" is set to drop tomorrow.
