Coldplay Says New Album "Moon Music" Nearly Finished

Chris Martin has brought some welcome news to Coldplay fans. The “Sky Full Of Stars” hitmakers have a new album on the way. “We’re finishing an album called ‘Moon Music,’ admitted lead singer Martin. “(It) is the second ‘Music Of The Spheres’ volume.” ‘Moon Music” will be the follow-up to 2021’s “Music Of The Spheres.”

But you might have to be a little more patient for fans clamoring for music right away. Martin also admits the album “won’t come out for a bit.” No further details have been offered yet, but Martin hinted, “We might start playing some songs (from the new album) at some point this year.”

You can check out Coldplay's full interview on the right.
