Music: Tenacious D To Continue Film Career?

Tenacious D To Continue Film Career?

Jack Black might have reached the Hollywood A-list, but he's shown no signs of slowing his rock career. Black is one-half of the rock/comedy duo Tenacious D, along with longtime friend Kyle Gass. Black’s acting career took off in the late ‘90s, but he has not strayed far from his music. The group had their film, “Tenacious D And The Pick Of Destiny,” and one of Black’s most iconic roles was in the 2003 classic “School Of Rock.”

Recently, the duo was asked if there was a chance of sequels for either of the rock-themed movies. “Yep. Both of them. Breaking news,” Black joked in typical Jack Black fashion. “We're thinking about doing both of those." And though they wouldn’t give any further details, “The D” did confirm that there is “a very big project coming up” and that “a concept album (is) coming down the pipe.”

SLIPKNOT's SID WILSON And KELLY OSBOURNE Welcome Their First Child Together

Kelly Osbourne recently had a baby boy with Sid Wilson from Slipknot, but they were trying not to give out too much information.

Then Sharon Osbourne went on a British talk show the other day and spilled the beans. She said the boy's name is Sidney, like his dad, and both Kelly and the baby are "doing so great."

She added, quote, "[Kelly] won't let a picture go out of him, and I'm so proud of her."

Well, even that might have been too much information because Kelly posted a message on her Instagram story saying, quote, "I'm not ready to share him with the world. It is no one's place but mine to share information on my baby."

It's not clear if that was directed at Sharon.

Ex-Slayer Lombardo Forms Duo With Wife

Former Slayer drummer Dave Lombardo is going out on his own. Kind of. Lombardo has formed a new group with his wife, Paula Lombardo. The new band goes by Venamoris and already has music on the way. The duo’s first album, “Drown In Emotion,” drops on February 10th. It features loads of guest appearances from Tyler Bates to Jack Gibson, George Pajon, and Tim Stewart.

While Dave comes from an extreme metal background, Paula’s history is a bit… less harsh. Dave reveals the pair met in 2010, and not long after, Paula revealed she had been a backup singer for Wayne Newton. Dave “was floored” by Paula’s voice, and he convinced her to return to music.

And thus, Venamoris was born.

Faith Hill Posted a Video of Tim McGraw Rockin' Out to Olivia Rodrigo

A lot of people can't resist the pop prowess of Olivia Rodrigo . . . and Tim McGraw is one of them.  Faith Hill posted a video of Tim rockin' out to "Good 4 U" in the car. It sounds like at least one of their daughters is there laughing. Tim is probably a little facetious, but it's a fun clip.
