Wolfgang Van Halen Slams Upcoming Documentary About His Father

Eddie Van Halen’s son Wolfgang made it clear that he doesn’t approve of the upcoming Reelz Channel documentary titled “Autopsy: The Last Hours of Eddie Van Halen,” and he didn’t pull any punches on Twitter, telling his followers exactly what he thinks.

“F*** @ReelzChannel, f*** everyone that works on this show, and f*** you if you watch it,” Wolfgang tweeted, adding “F***ing disgusting trying to glamorize someone’s death from cancer. Pathetic and heartless.”

The series reportedly looks at the deaths of celebrities and people whose deaths were scandalous or “intense media attention.” The Van Halen episode is set to air this Sunday.

Muse Release Vid For “Will Of The People” Title Track

Two years ago, Muse frontman Matt Bellamy teased that the band’s next album was going to be inspired by the widespread protests of 2020, and it looks like the group stuck to that idea. After releasing “Won’t Stand Down” and “Compliance,” the band has put out the title track for their new album, “Will of the People.”

Bellamy says of the song “’Will of the People’ is a fictional story set in a fictional metaverse on a fictional planet ruled by a fictional authoritarian state run by a fictional algorithm manifested by a fictional data center running a fiction bank printing a fictional currency controlling a fictional population occupying a fictional city containing a fictional apartment where a fictional man woke up one day and thought ‘f*** this.’”

He added, “So, to be clear, it’s fictional.”

The title track is out now, and the album is set to release on August 26th.

The 1975 Confirms New Album Coming Next Month

The 1975 has confirmed that a new album is headed our way. The band has confirmed its fifth studio album is releasing soon, which was announced at the same time as posters started popping up across London with frontman Matty Healy and the date July 7 on top.

The announcement post on Instagram has a caption that reads “Your new album. Your new era. Your old friends. The 1975.” A press release was also put out, but it doesn’t really fill in any other details, reading “The 1975 have released two new photos, taken by collaborator Samuel Bradley, and have marked July 7th as a significant date for the band in advance of their fifth studio album.”
