Louisiana senate candidate Gary Chambers released a campaign ad that shows him smoking a big fat blunt. Obviously, he wants Louisiana to legalize pot, and he quotes a statistic that says states waste $3.7 billion enforcing marijuana laws.
The recreational use of marijuana is legal in 18 states and the District of Columbia.
