Britney was at the Red-O in Thousand Oaks, California with a female friend. She knocked over glasses, and her top slipped off her shoulders. She also gave a toast to the entire restaurant, and her friend had to help her balance.

When she left, she got into the driver's seat, even though people tried to stop her. According to a witness, she "nearly ran over her friend while pulling out [of the parking lot]."

People caught Britney swerving onto the other side of the road, tailgating other cars, and speeding with her tires screeching. Another source says it took Britney 20 minutes to get through her own gate when she got home.

Federline told Piers Morgan yesterday how his and Britney's two sons are worried about her. Quote, "[Britney] saw one of my sons one day this year, and he decided not to go back over there because of what he saw.

"The other one [has] been over there quite a few times over the past year, and he's stopped seeing her in the last few months because of the situation."

He didn't say WHAT the sons saw or WHY they don't want to be around Britney because that's his sons' story to tell if they decide to.

Federline added, quote, "I mean, the things that they've seen are shocking, right?

So shocking that one of my sons came to me and called me and was like, 'I don't know what to do. I'm afraid Mom is going to die.'"
