A Judge Dropped the Nirvana "Nevermind" Kid's Lawsuit

A federal judge in California dismissed the lawsuit filed last year by Spencer Elden . . . the kid on the cover of NIRVANA's"Nevermind" album.

But the case isn't necessarily over, because Spencer can re-file an amended lawsuit . . . and he plans to do it.

What happened was that the defendants filed a motion to dismiss the case, and Elden had until December 30th to respond. He didn't, so it was dropped. But now he has until the 13th of this month to re-file.

Spencer sued pretty much everyone he possibly could, including the surviving members of Nirvana, the estate of KURT COBAIN, his widow COURTNEY LOVE, and the band's producer, art director, and record label.

He claims his likeness was exploited because he was too young to consent to its use. He also calls the image child pornography, since it depicts him naked when he was a baby.

Josh Homme Allegedly Threatened To Kill Ex's Boyfriend

Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme allegedly threatened to kill his ex-wife, Brody Dalle's new boyfriend, Gunner Foxx. Things supposedly got so bad that Gunner has gotten court-ordered protection. In legal docs that TMZhas obtained, Josh first started making death threats to Gunner in 2020 when he first started seeing his ex. But this past Christmas Eve, things got even more heated.

According to the docs, Gunner says that he was Christmas shopping when Josh came up to him inside of an Apple store and said "I'm going to kill you, you f****** p****" and seemingly wanted to fight him. He then claims that Josh approached him again outside of the Apple store and started berating him and threatening to kill him, even saying that he'd throw him over the second-floor balcony of the mall.

Gunner also said that at one point Josh did grab his arm, trying to throw him over the railing. The docs state that Josh dug his fingernails into his hand during the fight. They also said that he fully believed Josh was going to kill him by throwing him off. Gunner did call the cops, but Josh got out of there before they arrived, but he filed the police report anyway. He also was granted a temporary restraining order, which requires Josh to stay at least 50 yards away from both Gunner and his two daughters.

Machine Gun Kelly Releasing 2 Albums In 2022

Get ready for not one but two Machine Gun Kelly albums in 2022! As we previously told you, MGK is dropping another album with Travis Barker, "Born With Horns" and he's already released the single "Papercuts" from the album. This album will be a follow-up to 2020's "Tickets to My Downfall," which was his first collab with Barker.

MGK had previously teased that "the second you open your eyes and it’s 2022, you’ll have something to listen to,” but this didn't happen. On New Year's EVe, he tweeted an update, writing, “I know the rumor was I was dropping New Year’s Eve but… see you in 2022." Then on January 2nd, he tweeted again, this time writing "Two albums this year" and he left it at that. He has tweeted since then, but nothing more about the second album. Stay tuned!
