Bruce Springsteen Sells Catalog For $500 Mil
As we told you last month there were reports that Bruce Springsteen was in talks to sell the rights to his recorded music, and possibly his publishing catalog, to Sony Music. Well, “Variety” is among those reporting that it’s a done deal.
According to the trade, The Boss has signed a $500-million deal with Sony, which will now be the new owners of his masters and publishing. That’s a whole lot more than the rumored $350M he was reportedly asking for earlier this year.
So far Bruce has not confirmed the report, but if it's true, it's the biggest deal of its kind. For some perspective, Bob Dylan’s sale of his works to Universal was sealed for nearly $400-million.

Machine Gun Kelly's New Movie to Star Megan Fox
More castings have been made to Machine Gun Kelly's upcoming movie, "Taurus." Those additions include Ruby Rose, Lil Tjay, and none other than his boo, Megan Fox. The film centers around MGK as a talented musician, but a troubled one, who's trying to find the inspo to record a final song. The movie synopsis writes that the film will show “the darkness of fame, addiction, the artistic process, and the music industry.”
Fox is set to play his ex-girlfriend, Rose will play his drug dealer, and Lil Tjay will play one of his collaborators, along with Lil Meech and Scoot Mcnairy. Maddie Hasson from "Malignant" will play his assistant, who is like a sister to him.
