Court Docs Reveal Evan Rachel Wood’s Claim That Marilyn Manson Threatened Her Son
Marilyn Manson is being dragged into Evan Rachel Wood’s ongoing custody battle with ex-husband Jamie Bell. In court docs obtained by “The Daily Mail,” Wood accuses the rocker of threatening to assault her eight-year-old son Jack. The actress says she’s afraid Manson will “seek retribution” against her for accusing him of abuse by harming her, her son, and other family members.
Wood is “very concerned” about Jack’s safety living in Los Angeles, California, where Bell still lives. Because of Manson’s alleged threats, Wood had beefed up security at her home and relocated to Nashville, Tennessee. The actress also claims that another alleged victim of Manson’s recorded the rocker saying he’d taken pics of her children and even gotten their social security numbers.
But Bell isn’t convinced, filing a motion saying her allegations “[defy] credibility.” “I frankly do not understand what is happening,” he says. “Either Evan’s claims that she is receiving ‘death threats’ are true and Jack is not safe in her care, or they are not true and she is withholding our son from me for other reasons of her own invention.”
