Pillsbury Now Has Candy Cane Cookie Dough
Pillsbury has a new Candy Cane-flavored Sugar Cookie Dough, which will be available at stores throughout the holiday season.
This is the first time they've had this flavor, but they've previously released Peppermint Sugar Cookie Dough.
It's unclear how different the Candy Cane version tastes, but there is one major difference: You can bake this one . . . OR it's safe to eat raw. So if you're thinking about trying one of those fancy raw diets, keep this in mind. (???)

Here’s A Look At The New Holiday Candies Available This Year
“People” magazine has compiled a list of 20 new candies and sweet snacks that are showing up in stores this holiday season. Here’s a sampling:
- Brach’s Funfetti and Wintergreen Candy Canes – from Ferrara candies, Funfetti canes have birthday cake flavor, rainbow sprinkles and Funfetti dots and Wintergreen Candy Canes are a twist on traditional peppermint candy canes.
- Reese’s Ugly Sweater – a traditional Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup wrapped in an ugly sweater foil.
- Whoppers Snowballs – classic malted milk balls wrapped in new vanilla cream.
- Kit Kat Gingerbread Cookie – another new Kit Kat flavor with classic wafers combined with gingerbread flavored crème.
- Hershey’s Sugar Cookie Bar – Hershey’s Sugar Cookie Kisses flavor in a candy bar form.
- Cinnabon Signature Frosting Pints – limited-edition Signature Frosting pints stuffed with cream cheese frosting.
- York Peppermint Pattie Snowflakes – famous York patty in a snowflake shape.
- Heath Miniature Toffee Bars – the classic candy wrapped in a metallic package for the holidays.
- DEUS Ginger Doodle Cookie Dough – vegan and gluten-free, this dough contains ashwagandha and cinnamon and can be eaten straight out of the jar.
- Jelly Belly Dark Chocolate Covered Jelly Beans – available in a 3.8 oz. gable box and jelly bean fans will approve.
