'Fans theorised that this Gamora likely would have been dusted along with Thanos and his armies when Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr) used the Infinity Gauntlet in the final battle – with co-directors Joe and Anthony Russo even publicly claiming they weren't sure about her fate.
As per usual with the Russos, they were misleading Marvel fans. A newEndgamedeleted scene confirms that Gamora did somehow survive Thanos's death, although there's no explanation about how that is possible (viaUSA Today).
The scene takes place in the seconds after Iron Man's death, as Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) leads the Avengers in one-by-one taking a knee in reverence to their founder (including current-timeline Nebula).' - via DIGITAL SPY

Now we know we will see 2014 Gamora somewhere in the Marvel phase 5 Cinematic Universe since there was no mention of a Guardians movie in Phase 4. I think we will see her in Phase 4. MY OPINION!!
