This boy from San Antonio took his parade costume to another level. During the Fiesta celebrations, the Elementary school asked the kids to wear costumes with a float theme. Mari Guzman, the mother, explained to KTRK that Whataburger holds a special place in the hearts since that was their Sunday lunch destination with their late grandfather.
