While driving on Richmond just west of Beltway 8 at 7 a.m. Monday, Jarrod Brannen captured a video of a woman driving next to him with the windows down and singing into what looked like a plastic mic.
"We were sitting in traffic and I looked over and saw her getting down, just wish I would've known what she was listening to," Brannen told Chron.com over email.'
