STUDY: Shorter Work Weeks Are Better For Everyone

Researchers in Iceland have been studying the benefits four-day workweek and the newly published study find overall employees were not only happier and healthier working four days, but they were also more productive

Employees’ hours were shortened from 40 hours a week to 35 or 36, and in all cases productivity either remained the same or increased, while participants’ well-being improved.
