Sir Paul McCartney wrote a letter to Texas A&M's president Wednesday, urging the university to end it's alleged experimentation on Golden Retrievers for research. His letter comes after PETA released video showing the university allegedly using the dogs for muscular dystrophy experiments.
In the letter, McCartney wrote "The video footage in your university's dog laboratory is heartbreaking. Please do the right thing by ending the suffering of dogs in your lab and switch to modern research methods instead."
