Jesus Piece Returns With Cutthroat Singles To Tease New LP, '...So Unknown'

Hailing from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, metallic hardcore band Jesus Piece stopped in Houston this past Sunday supporting hardcore punk band, Show Me the Body, for their World War USA Tour with other acts such as Scowl, Zulu, and TRiPPJONES. Out of the 36 day tour, Houston was their 10th halt and the band was kind enough to take the time to discuss what it was like making new music after nearly 5 years of fans wondering when they would get another taste of their flawless measures and [vocalist] Aaron Heard's barbaric, yet sensational growls.

Nonetheless, since their debut LP, Only Self (2018), the band announced their long-awaited sophomore album, ...So Unknown, set to be released on April 14th with Century Media Records. The album was first nudged with their head-banging single, "An Offering to the Night," that was dropped in December 2022 and following, the gut-wrenching sound of their second devouring, "Gates of Horn." Unaware of their sophistication, Jesus Piece has managed to create a well-deserved following in the nick of time of grasping their matured sound and implementing lessons learned.
