Coffee Drinkers Get 1,000 More Steps Per Day, but Lose 36 Minutes of Sleep

I guess the question here is, what do you value more?  Your health . . . or your health?
A new study found coffee drinkers tend to get more STEPS each day.  But the trade-off is less SLEEP.  On average, drinking coffee adds about 1,000 steps per day. So all that caffeine makes you move around more. But it can also keep you up.  On days when we drink coffee, we lose an average of 36 minutes of sleep at night.
The average age in the study was 39.  When people didn't drink coffee, they got 9,665 steps per day.  That jumped to 10,646 when they did drink it.
On the sleep side, they averaged 7 hours and 12 minutes of shut-eye without coffee and just 6 hours and 37 minutes with it.  And the more coffee they drank, the less sleep they got.
The authors of the study say the takeaway should be this.  Quote, "The reality is that coffee is not all good or all bad.  It has different effects."
