A Man Was Arrested for Public Urination Three Times in 10 Days

When you've gotta go, you've gotta go. To jail.

This month, a 55-year-old man in upstate New York named David Jensen was arrested for public urination . . . THREE TIMES . . . within 10 days.

He was first arrested on April 6th, when he was drunk in a park, and was seen peeing in view of others. The cops showed up, and put him in the back of a police car. While he was detained, he peed again, in the back of the car.

He was charged with criminal tampering, disorderly conduct, open container of alcohol in a vehicle, possessing alcohol in a park, and littering.

He was arrested again on April 14th for peeing outside of a local apartment complex. That got him another charge of disorderly conduct.

Then, the next day, April 15th, he was arrested after an officer saw him leaving a parked vehicle to pee near a dumpster. When cops approached him, he turned toward them and continued to urinate. He was charged with public lewdness, disorderly conduct, and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
