Music: MGK Went Undercover and Found That People Don't Hate Him That Much!

Machine Gun Kelly Went Undercover and Found That People Don't Hate Him That Much

MACHINE GUN KELLY decided to find out firsthand just how hated he is. So "Jimmy Kimmel Live" disguised him and sent him out to do man-on-the-street interviews . . . where he asked people if they liked Machine Gun Kelly.

One woman said, quote, "Not a huge fan. I think his new direction is a little forced." She was also asked to describe MGK in three words, and she said, "Wannabe emo, blonde."

But another one said, quote, "I like his music, [but] I find the whole blood-drinking thing a bit unusual."

One guy who looked like a pretty legit metalhead said, quote, "He's cool, I really dig the last album." But it turns out he KNEW who he was talking to.

And one final woman gave him a 9 out of 10 . . . but a 10 out of 10 for his SCENT.

There was also a funny moment when a guy dressed as Spider-Man blew MGK's cover. And Kelly said, quote, "[Gosh] damn, Spider-Man. You're supposed to respect secret identities."

Ultimately, MGK was surprised by the response he got. He said, quote, "Came out here expecting a lot of hate, but it was a lot of love. So [eff] you, Internet!"
