Navigating the roads is difficult enough with the TERRIBLE drivers out there . . . now, you have to add in: Ice, snow, foggy windows, and holiday-fueled chaos.

A report by Nationwide says that the most dangerous day of the month to be out on the roads is December 23rd . . . this coming Tuesday. That's not because of a terrible winter storm . . . although that could make things worse . . . it's because there are a TON of busy, distracted drivers.

Another report put out lists of the states that have the NAUGHTIEST and the NICEST drivers.

The NAUGHTY LIST: The state with the "meanest drivers" is New York. California is second, followed by New Jersey . . . Texas . . . Massachusetts . . . Nevada . . . Georgia . . . Florida . . . Louisiana . . . and Illinois.

The NICE LIST: The state with the "nicest drivers" is Hawaii. Oregon is second, followed by Iowa . . . Minnesota . . . Tennessee . . . Connecticut . . . Kansas . . . Missouri . . . New Hampshire . . . and North Carolina.
