Ray J Says Kim Kardashian Intentionally Leaked Their Sex Tape . . . with Her Mom's Help
Ray J recently found himself on the business end of a defamation lawsuit filed by Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner . . . so he counter-sued them.
And in HIS suit, he claims that he and Kim discussed releasing their sex tape in 2006. And he says Kim insisted that her mom be in charge of said release, and all commercial exploitation of the video.
He accuses them of peddling the "false story" that the tape was released against Kim's will for two decades, and he's tired of playing along.
An attorney for the Kardashians says, quote, "After realizing he is losing the case and losing his way, this disjointed rambling distraction is not intimidating anyone. Ray J will lose this frivolous case too."
