Johnny Depp has landed his biggest gig since his legal battle with Amber Heard. He'll star in a new version of the Charles Dickens classic "A Christmas Carol".
This one is called "Ebenezer: A Christmas Carol", and it's being directed by Ti West, who did the horror trilogy "X", "Pearl", and "MaXXXine".
It's expected to be out next November.
This is the second version of "A Christmas Carol" that's been announced this year. Robert Eggers is making one, too. He's the "elevated horror" guy who made "The Witch", "The Lighthouse", and "Nosferatu".
His Ebenezer Scrooge will be played by Willem Dafoe.
