Here's What's Written on the Headstones of Rock Stars

As a rock star, you get to leave your mark with your music. But you can use your headstone to make one more statement on your way out. And a lot of them did.

Here's what some of the biggest rockers have on their grave markers:

1.  Chris Cornell: "Voice of our generation and an artist for all time" and "Beloved husband and father."

2.  Ronnie James Dio: "The man on the silver mountain."

3.  Dimebag Darrell: "He came to rock and rock like no other. With the heart twice the size of Texas, our beloved brother, companion, mentor, idol and friend. We love you Dime. Until we meet again."

4.  Vinnie Paul (Dime's brother): "Don't ever think it's not a good time if you do think it's not a good time. A good time is a good time. A bad time is a bad time. And a wonderful time is irreplaceable. Hellyeah!"

5.  Lemmy from Motorhead: "Born to lose, lived to win."

6.  John Bonham: "Cherished memories of a loving husband and father, John Henry Bonham, who died Sept. 25th 1980, aged 32 years. He will always be remembered in our hearts. Goodnight my love, God bless."

7.  Randy Rhoads: "An inspiration for all young people."

8.  Joey Jordison from Slipknot: "When you have the power of music within your soul and your heart, nothing can stop you," and "Beloved son, brother, uncle and friend."

9.  Jeff Hanneman from Slayer: "Reign in heaven."

10.  Johnny Ramone: "If a man can tell if he's been successful in his life by having great friends, then I have been very successful."
